Another interesting column! I've heard about standing a teaspoon up in the cup (I like mine less strong, however) but "trot a mouse" is a new one to me. I don't think I want any mice around my tea! :-)
Nice article! Now I am wondering about that trotting mouse. A tea that dark would need a little milk to mellow it out for me.
