Are any coloring fans reading today? I found the cutest little 5 x 7 coloring book at Target the other day. Since it was published by Taste of Home, the cooking magazine, I suspected there might be some tea-themed images inside, and there were!
If you'd like to win this coloring book, just leave an "Enter me" comment to this post before 7 a.m. EST tomorrow, February 13 (making sure I have a way to contact you if you're the winner), and you'll be entered to win.
The vintage valentine I'm sharing today is what they call a "mechanical" valentine since the little girl's torso is movable and bobs up and down courtesy of a metal brad. This card was signed"From "Gerald," and I think Gerald obviously had great taste in valentines back in the day!
I have enjoyed your vintage Valentines this week. Please enter me.

ReplyDeleteWhat fun! I haven't tried coloring yet (as an adult) but have several friends who love it. Teacups would be the perfect things to start on! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHello Angela,
ReplyDeleteOh, I was so excited when I saw your post today. I have been coloring for years, even when it wasn't a new "trend." I love to color with crayons, pencils, sparkle glue, markers, and brush pens. We always color when the nieces come to visit and usually have tea and cookies.
What fun and it is great to "color outside the lines" sometimes and be creative! Thank you for sharing more of your vintage Valentine's!
Love and Happy Valentine's Day to you and those you love.
Mary Jane
