This week I happened to receive a copy of the special issue from Tea Time magazine, Teatime Favorites, and since I already have a copy I thought it might be nice to give this one away here!
If you'd like to be entered to win, just leave a comment to this post telling me the last tea you sipped (I always like to know if y'all are sipping something I need to try). How easy is that? Just leave your comment between now and 7 a.m. EST Monday, May 6, and I'll announce the winner later that day. Good luck!
It's been very warm here, so the last tea I sipped was sweet (iced) tea with lemon. We've started keeping a gallon-size pitcher of sweet tea in the refrigerator.
ReplyDeleteI sipped a chocolate chai yesterday afternoon while sitting outside talking to neighbors. Delish!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Shari in Houston, TX
Working in the garden today and brewed up a lovely pitcher of Hibiscus and Key Lime Superflower Tea from The Republic of Tea to be on the ready in the fridge for when I need refreshment. It has hibiscus, rosehips, apple, lime bits and stevia leaf. Tangy and sweet and it is also rich in Vitamin C. Mmmmm.
ReplyDeleteGood and good for you.
Have a happy day, Angela.

I have this magazine too, lots of great recipes inside.
ReplyDeleteI'm sipping a cup of English breakfast tea right now, nothing new for you, I'm sure.

Typhoo classic black. My day starts wtih a strong, black cup of tea.
ReplyDeleteWe had a lovely ladies' tea at a friend's house on Wednesday--nearly 30 women and girls in attendance. I decided to sip on one of my old favorites--Twinings Lady Grey.
ReplyDeleteI was very negligent yesterday and went a whole day without any tea, so it's time to go put the kettle on and have some Tiesta Tea. Are you familiar with their teas? I came across them at our discount grocery store recently and picked up several flavors. I think I'll have the Fireberry this morning.
well i hope this is intl giveaway . i love tea just bought a twinings earl grey green tea but dont like it as much as black .
ReplyDeleteTwinings Lady Grey cold-brew tea - much more bergamot flavor than Earl Grey, which makes it better suited to being iced. :)
ReplyDeleteJust back from London and sipping Fortum and Mason Queen's Blend. Happy Birthday Eve!!!
ReplyDeleteI love Tea Time magazine. I keep them forever when I buy them. I have a custom loose leaf blend rooibos from Miss Molly's tea house in Medina, Ohio called Vanilla Mint. But my newest fav is Twinings Camomile Honey and Vanilla....yum

ReplyDeleteThe last tea that I sipped was called Angels Dream , at a recently opened Tearoom with 3 very special friends.
ReplyDeleteRight now I'm sipping Bromley's English breakfast tea. Bromley's has become one of my favorite brands in the past year or so. I often find it on sale at Gordman's for $1.99 a box! I went by there this morning & was very happy to find some - then I went on to TJ Max & found some great shortbread cookies to go with it.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win the magazine!
I sipped a cool iced chai tea latte in the warm afternoon sun. Thanks for a great giveaway!

The last tea I had was yesterday when I arranged Afternoon Tea with a class of 7th graders at school. It was an Earl Grey.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Norwegian teacher (also mom an grandmother). I like foing this project with my pupils, especially since there is nothing in our English books about tea parties.
yesterday we made scones, lemon curd, and a lotof sandwiches.
sorry about the typos.. it happens when I'm in a hurry.. :)
ReplyDeleteMy last tea ,as well, was a nice tall glass of southern sweet tea, but I so enjoy a morning cup on mornings when Im not so rushed... but I cant remember when that was! God bless!
ReplyDeleteI am having some Tazo Chai tea. Love the spicy flavor.
ReplyDeleteThe last tea I sipped was a delightful cup of candy Cane Twist ( the one from Trader Joe's) because it was too late in the day for caffeine. And I would love to win this magazine. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI drank Simpson & Vail's Cinnamon Chocolate Brownie this morning. I enjoy many of their teas, but this one isn't my favorite. It's okay, but they have many better ones!
ReplyDeleteMy last was Adagio Oolong with peach. Oh it is just delicious. Of course the currant scones with homemade lemon curd made it all even better:)
ReplyDeleteEvery afternoon I have a mug of King Cole. It's a nice strong orange pekoe that one of my daughters gets for me in Canada. Love it!
ReplyDeleteSadly, the last tea I sipped was grocery store brand green in a plastic travel cup. *sigh* I need to do better. Luckily my mother in law just sent me a rubber ducky infuser (so cute!) so I think it's time to bust out the good stuff and make a cup of silver needles!
ReplyDeleteTrader Joe's Mango Black Tea is the tea I am enjoying today. nancythedove@aol.com
ReplyDeleteThe last tea for me was my everyday favorite, green tea with citrus. I'm waiting for my granddaughter to arrive in June so we can have a tea party. She's five and is a great fan of them!

ReplyDeleteThank you very much, Angela, but I already have it. Hope someone who would love it, will get it.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed a Celestial country peach passion herbal tea this afternoon. I like to drink peach ice tea, too but it was too cold and rainy today for that, I needed to warm up.

ReplyDeleteWatermelon Mint Chiller from Teavana.... iced! It was very good :)
ReplyDeleteMy new favorite though is Chocolate Bananas Foster from Teavana.
I just had Fortnum and Masons Royal Blend tea, a gift from my friend Frances. It's my favorite.

Hi Angela,
ReplyDeleteI would love to win the magazine!
I just made a pot of Netherlands imported Pickwick brand tea, the Mango flavored black tea is a favorite for iced tea. It's a gorgeous spring day in Fresno, CA so I'll be sipping a couple of glasses while I do some cleaning and organizing today.
We buy the imported tea, Dutch packaging, different from the tea made for USA. The tea is made by the Douwe Egberts company but USA products have been made for them by Sara Lee, we found the quality different. Douwe Egberts control may be changing soon to Germany, it's been in existence since 1753.
Iced tea cheers,
Donna Kohler
The last tea I drank (this morning) was loose leaf black tea flavored with black currant that I purchased at a local tea shop. My favorite!
ReplyDeleteThe last tea I sipped, excluding ice tea was Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger..my all time favorite. It is so good, it makes me smack.
ReplyDeleteWould love to have this issue of Tea Time!
Mary Johnston
We do not get this magazine in my area. How I look always longlingly (is that a word?) at this cover and truly would love to win but I see by the date I am one day too late but thank you for showing and giving a copy away.
