Now here's an item that's been on my wish list for quite some time: a vintage wire rack filled with teabag holders!
I found this set of four of these holders at an antique mall in Marietta on Saturday. The set was $11.95, which I thought was a fair price.
I've seen these before but not with this particular design, and not with the rack in this good a condition. Tell me, what's on *your* teatime wish list, something you've been waiting to come across? I'd love to know!
That is cute! I just use my same tea accesories day after day so I do not have a wish along those lines. I just always love to try new teas.
ReplyDeleteI love these. What a great find so intact. I have just started collecting little tea holders. Do you have a Harry and David near you? They have a cute beehive one...(I prefer anything old). Love your tea towels too! My first time posting but want you to know how much I have enjoyed coming here for the last couple of months. Love your book reviews and sandwich ideas.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great find! I would love to have something like that. I've seen them single before, but had no idea they came with little racks. You'll have me searching all over for one like it.
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen one of these. Right now I don't have a thing on the wish list for tea. But then you never know when something will pop up.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! They are difficult to find and this looks in great condition! Cheers!

Cute. I've never seen tea bag holder with a rack.
ReplyDeleteI have a Royal Albert Pacific Rose teapot and 4 cups & saucers on my tea wish list. If you aren't familiar with this pattern it looks like Old Country Roses but in orange. It was only made for 3 years and they must not have made very much. I've only seen 1 or 2 teapots in the years I've been looking and they were crazy expensive.
Hi Angela! I just came across your blog. What a great site you have here! I am your newest follower; and I hope you will follow me, too! God bless you!
ReplyDeletethese are so pretty!! Love collecting these
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I found this blog! I collect older teabag holders and would love to connect with others who do this too.
ReplyDeleteI have a set of those teabag holders you got, but they are the more common blue ones. Nice find!
