Today's Valentine is one I found on Etsy last year, but unfortunately it was missing a bit of the text at the bottom. I approached my friend and colleague Deberah, who can do amazing things with her computer. I was fully prepared to beg and plead, ready to promise her the moon if she would just please-please-please try to restore this Valentine. Typical of Deberah, she didn't even let me get the request out of my mouth before she said, "Oh, I'd love to! That will be easy!" To her, yes. To me, no! So if you enjoy today's Valentine, you really have the fair Deberah to thank.
Because this is what it *really* looks like! And if this Valentine isn't your cup of tea, then maybe ...
... this will be! Today's giveaway is a sterling silver tea set pin! This pin measures about 1-1/4 inches wide and 3/4 inch tall and would be just the thing to wear to tea. Leave a comment before 7 a.m. EST tomorrow and it just might be yours!
How lovely that this sweet Valentine was made whole by your dear friend. Thank you,Deberah,
ReplyDeletefor sharing your talents.
I have a couple of Tea Party Pins and love to wear them on my hats and often pin them to my purse.
I have also used them as decorations on napkin rings.
What a lovely pin and it looks like the tray is set for tea for two.
Thanks again, Angela, for your Valentine presentation.

ReplyDeleteThat is another really cute Valentine. What a unique collection you have. I would love to have computer skills like Deberah (thanks for your restoration work).
ReplyDeleteIt goes without saying that I like the tea set pin.
How cute is that! I don't have anything regarding tea as a pin to wear. It would be the perfect thing for the Victorian tea next month! Please enter my name. The Valentine card is darling...Peggy

I too have a valentine (perhaps 2) missing a small piece... I think it may have been folded back at one time to make a stand. At least that is what I surmised. That one is cute!
ReplyDeleteBut I truly love the pin. If I were to win, I would have a hard time deciding whether to keep it or give it to my mom. She would adore it as well.
Happy Valentine's Day! Thanks for sharing all week!
What a darling silver pin !
ReplyDeleteWould be a cute design for napkin rings !
Wow, your friend Deberah is very talented. The pin is lovely too, you are very generous.
ReplyDeleteWow, Deberah did a great job on your Valentine. If you wouldn't have mentioned it, I doubt any of us ever would have know. Deberah has mad skills!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute pin, please count me in!
Ok, now I'm really hoping for this pin. Keeping my fingers & toes crossed.
