We haven't done anything really fun on this blog in a while, so today I thought we'd try a guessing game with a prize attached! To play, you just need to guess the identity of this brown rubber teapot-shaped item. I have no idea what the characters on the front say, so if they're Chinese curse words you'll just have to forgive me.

Here's the other side. It's about 1-3/4 inches tall and 2-1/2 inches wide. And it is functional, it's just not functional as a teapot!

This photo is your third and final clue. If you take a guess, you'll be entered to win a $10 Starbucks gift card, and I'll announce the winner Monday morning. Just submit your best guess by 7 a.m. EST Monday and you'll be entered. Good luck!

I guess that it is an eraser.
USB Flash Drive Holder
I'm guessing flash drive holder as well.
It says "TEA"
2GB USB Flash Drive.
Gumby's waterbed
I was going to guess eraser, but with that last picture I'm I'm going to change it to some sort of fragrance holder. The kind of thing that makes a room smell good!
It is a very cute little item. I'd go with the Cake Ladys guess.
If it's a teapot it's gotta be cute!

That is a netti pot. You put a saline solution it it, and use it to clean your nasal passages and prevent sinus infections.
I think it's one of those cute Japanese erasers.
It looks like chocolate to me. Is it cause i have a cheap computer?? :-) Or is it because i see much in life as potential chocolate??? tammyp
OK so i just reread the post and it said the pot is made of RUBBER, um, lets scratch the chocolate idea!!!! Laughing goof ball here! Ok i will guess lip balm holder ;-). tammyp
A cat toy
Good guess as a flash drive holder, but I was thinking a rubber stamp.
My guess is a netti-pot though it seems a little small for that. My netti pot doesn't have a plunger type thing like this looks like it has so maybe that's way it's smaller?
I can't wait to see what it is!
on my computer the pics are a little dark, but my guess would be eraser.
I am mystified, Angela -
somehow, I see it as either a:
crafting element (a rubber stamp) OR a baking element -
one of the pieces is removed and used for cutting out bisquits or cookies?
hmmmnnnn, can't wait to find out!

Hi Angela,
What a mystery!
A chocolate scented eraser or a kitchen sink stopper.
Blessings, Darlene
The character is "cha2", which means "tea" in Chinese. That is definitely a clay teapot from YiXing.
