Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar Beverage with Honey & Green Tea

Are you a fan of apple cider vinegar? I am, and I'm convinced that drinking it helped me get rid of a very bad ear infection some years ago. I learned that drinking a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with the “mother” every day might help this infection to go away, and it did!

So I am a fan of Bragg’s apple cider vinegar with the mother (the cloudy stuff you see in the bottom of the bottle), and I literally stopped in my tracks when I was in the grocery store not long ago and found their honey and green tea apple cider vinegar beverage. Naturally, I had to try it.

And it’s not bad! Now, this is never going to be what I ask for at Starbucks, if you get my drift, but it wasn't awful, so if I had some kind of ailment that apple cider vinegar might help (I’m certainly not talking cancer or a broken leg!), you can bet your bottom dollar that I would add this beverage to my diet. What a handy way to consume apple cider vinegar!

  1. I have not tried apple cider vinegar, but if I need to, I think I’ll look for this variety. Green tea and honey would improve most anything!

  2. I go through phases where I'll drink apple cider vinegar daily. No idea if it actually does anything, but it can't hurt. I've never seen these beverages before. They would be handy for on the go.

  3. I'm not a drinker of apple cider vinegar, but to each her own. If a person is going to drink it, that version you found with the honey and green tea does sound like an improvement over drinking it straight!
