A sweet & petite treat

You know that Food Gifts magazine I wrote about earlier this week? Well, I couldn't wait for Christmas to try its Fudge Brownie Cheesecake Muffin recipe, so I pulled out my trusty old mini-muffin pans and got to baking. (Besides, it was my week to bring refreshments to Bible Study!)

I was happy to find the recipe online here so I could go ahead and share it with you, since this would be a great teatime sweet. I just love any treat that incorporates a little cream cheese on top, and I enjoyed one of these with a cup of tea as my bedtime snack last night. Yum!

They do look good and being baked in mini-muffin pans makes them the perfect size for tea tray treats.

If sweets could kill, these would be weapons of mass destruction! They look sinfully delicious (and thus not completely appropriate for bible study). Allowing your work friends a few a piece, in my very humble opinion, would be much better!

Yum, I think you have inspired me to bake some mini cupcakes for the Expo next week. Hope you'll be dropping by.

Perfect indeed with a cup of tea. They remind me of a recipe I have for blackbottom cupcakes.

Those look so good! Perhaps you could start a 'side business' - a 'Dessert-of-the-Month Club!'
I would sign up, thanks for the recipe, Joanie
