I know that many of us enjoy receiving tea bags in our mail and sending tea bags in our mail. Earlier this month, I was looking for pink ones to include in the pretty valentines I was going to send to a few tea friends. Well, I ended up not liking the cards I made (just a dud of a design on my part) and decided not to send them. That's the bad news. The good news is, I've been sipping the tea I had bought to include in them, and I'm really enjoying this new herbal tea!
This blend contains cranberry, rose, and vanilla flavors, and while I don't detect the rose flavor, I'm very happy with the rich, sweet-tasting cranberry and vanilla flavors.
I have this thing about matching my tea bag tags to my teacups, so I used my Lady Diana teacup from Hudson & Middleton for this tea. It's been rainy and cold a lot lately, so a yummy new tea in a cheerful teacup has been a great coping mechanism!
Oh I love that tea! I am out. I think I may have even sent you one years ago when I first discovered it. Looks like packaging has changed since I last found it. Where did you? It's great, isn't it? Light, naturally decaffeinated - and is special.
ReplyDeleteI first found it at Home Goods. Sent in some Mother's Day cards a long time ago - then I found some on Amazon. But it's been a while since I looked for it again. (I do believe there is such thing as owning TOO much tea, haha.) So Ihave been trying to get through some of mine before buying more. But that is one I would buy again. Funny - I have the bag holder here by my desk to remind me. It's been sitting in my tray for 6 months, haha.
Have a warm and happy weekend.
I really like the design on the box! I think that in itself would entice me to buy the tea.
ReplyDeleteI’ve seen this at Publix and wondered how it tasted. Glad you enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds delicious and looks so pretty in that teacup!
ReplyDeleteLove the cup and that you matched the tag to your cup.
