List your favorite tea & win our Giveaway!
The day I've been waiting for is finally here: 100th Post Day! I've read some other blogs where the blogger gives away a gift to mark the milestone of having reached the hundredth post, and I like that idea. In fact, I'm thinking we should have a giveaway here every 100 posts, so let us begin today!
What can you win? A pink teapot bracelet (I bought this at the Shiny Stuff booth at World Tea Expo), a few free goodies I got there (copies of Tea A Magazine, Tea Time magazine, the "Linen and Tea Journal: A Special Place to Remember All Your Tea Experiences"); a tiny little rubber-stamped Tea Journal I made last night in a crafty mood (trimmed with tea-dyed lace, of course); a magnetic list pad with a Mary Engelbreit teapot design; a package of floral placecards to use at your next tea party; a box of Bigelow's Green Tea with Mango; and samples of Walker's Shortbread (plain and chocolate chip). And it can all be yours, yours, yours!
Here's the deal: Just leave a comment at the end of this post listing the name of your favorite tea and you'll be entered. How easy is that? This contest is open to everyone, whether you're local (girlfriends, don't disqualify yourselves from entering) or live elsewhere in the world. I will use one of those "random number generators" on the Internet to select the winner. One entry per person, and you can enter through noon on Sept. 11. I'll announce the winner later that day. Now, kindly go tell all your friends to sign up for the giveaway!
My favorite tea flavor is Whispering Heaven from a famous tea room in Destin, FL.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tea? Why, ANY TEA made especially for me by my wonderful husband, or my fabulous granddaughter, of course!
ReplyDeleteAngela, what fun and generous gifts you will be blessing some one special with! Blogging is new to me. Is it necessary to have a Google/blogger account to be eligible?
ReplyDeletePeach Tea is one of my favorite. I collect tea books and tea cookbooks. I don't see the bracelet from the Shiny Stuff the one that you posted. Is it a new item?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your 100th post. I believe I've read them all...so glad I found your blog. It's a daily treat for me :o)
ReplyDeleteAt the moment my favorite tea is...may I list two? Perfectly Pear and Raspberry Chocolate. I enjoy collecting almost anything tea related. I love to host tea parties, but I don't do it nearly often enough.

ReplyDeleteI don't suppose it is very sophisticated, expensive, impressive or special really but my favorite tea is Bigelowe's Constant Comment - Orange Pekoe.
I love this tea because my mother and I used to share this tea and I know that I will always think of her when I smell the lovely aroma :)
Congrats on your 100th post. I think I will follow suit and have a giveaway of my own when I reach 100...how fun!
I was also wondering if you had heard about the big tea party at the make mine pink blog. There is a link to it on the lefthand side of my own blog. It is going to be a hoot!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite tea is peace-of-mind. I buy it from this adorable tea room in Gulf Breeze called Tea Time. One of the great things about Tea Time is that it has fair for your husband so he doesn't feel out of place. I prefer Victorian but when the tea calls and you can't shake the hubby, Tea Time is the place to go. It has wonderful jams, lemon curd, red hat tea jewelry and gifts for all ages galore. it is at 3206 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563. 850.934.7007. This is not an ad. They are just great people who ooze hospitality.
