Hopefully one of these days!<br><br>Here's their recipe for that gorgeous soup!<br><br>Tomato Dill Bisque<br><br>¾ c. chopped onion<br>3-4 cups diced tomatoes<br>1-1/2 tsp salt<br>¼ cup fresh chopped parsley<br>½ cup butter<br>½ c. half & half<br>¼ cup honey<br>3 cups chicken stock<br>½ c. cream<br>¾ tsp. dill seed<br>1 tsp dill weed<br>½ tsp white pepper<br>1 tsp. oregano<br>¼ c. flour<br><br>Saute onion in butter. Add flour & spices. Stir in tomatoes & chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add fresh parsley, honey & cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve with a sprig of fresh dill.
