As the godson of the current owner, this old plantation house and grounds have astounded me since I was a child. I am house-sitting here for Bette and would like to find more information. There were three pictures that she took to the College of Charleston's special collection area in the library, but I haven't found much online. Any ideas?
James
102 West Walker Drive, 29483Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10240425050524070982noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2167015610970367792.post-5924298967139508282013-04-27T08:53:23.841-04:002013-04-27T08:53:23.841-04:00Third time's a charm.Third time's a charm.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10240425050524070982noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2167015610970367792.post-32107746666131149132011-02-14T13:00:20.496-05:002011-02-14T13:00:20.496-05:00Just found your blog, so glad I did!Just found your blog, so glad I did!Juliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08956703283493505899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2167015610970367792.post-4730089773351896772010-04-07T21:04:14.533-04:002010-04-07T21:04:14.533-04:00I enjoyed this post. I too became fascinated when I learned that the U.S. (and other countries like the UK) has not only grown tea historically, but also currently grows it.

If you ever compile this information in one place (book, website, etc.), I would be very interested in drawing attention to it and/or linking to it from my page on RateTea.net about the U.S. as a tea-producing region. Also, if you think there's any information that's important enough for me to add to that page or the pages on specific states, let me know.

=)Alex Zorachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08335878680429494039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2167015610970367792.post-33923948986015265182010-04-06T11:21:20.963-04:002010-04-06T11:21:20.963-04:00Angela you teach is so much!
