The leaves were changing, town was full and the tea room was popping with business... the potato soup on that day was purely heaven and the lace shop upstairs was wonderful. It inspired me so much that years later I opened a tea room in PA. If anyone has an extra cookbook, I would love to purchase one. My Mom has that book and has made some wonderful things from it...especially the Coconut Cake.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2167015610970367792.post-62983244486961000392014-08-22T21:21:36.599-04:002014-08-22T21:21:36.599-04:00Great Recipe.I like very much .And thanks for shar...Great Recipe.I like very much .And thanks for share with us
Eureka Springs, ArkaAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05641584600917968995noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2167015610970367792.post-74567938034774400532013-11-30T21:17:33.838-05:002013-11-30T21:17:33.838-05:00Hi there! I even have a cross-stitch kit with the original tea room on it--something else I need to dig out!

I have had carrot soup, but not that particular recipe. There is a place in Springfield, Missouri called "Tea Bar & Bites" that makes a carrot-ginger soup that is really good.
